Welcome to Bee‑Hive Nursing Home ("Bee‑Hive", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions (also called Terms of Use) govern your access to and use of our website at https://beehivenursinghome.com.ng/ (the Site) and the services offered through it (the Services). By using the Site or Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  3. No Guarantee of Results. Bee‑Hive does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary by individual and circumstance.
  4. Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and medical information and to follow our staff's instructions.
  5. Refusal or Termination. We may refuse or terminate services if it is medically inappropriate or unsafe, or if these Terms are violated.

4. Payments, Fees & Insurance

  1. Fees. Service fees (consultations, treatments, tests) will be communicated before provision of the service.
  2. Payment Terms. Payments must be made according to invoice terms (advance, at time of service, or within a specified period).
  3. Insurance / HMO. Use of insurance or HMO is subject to the approval of your insurer. Bee‑Hive is not responsible for insurer decisions.
  4. Refunds & Cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a fee. Our full cancellation policy is available on request.
  5. Nonpayment. Bee‑Hive may suspend further services until outstanding amounts are settled.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, graphics and software, is owned or licensed by Bee‑Hive and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not remove or alter copyright or trademark notices. If you submit feedback, reviews or testimonials ("User Content"), you grant Bee‑Hive a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display and adapt such content in connection with our operations.

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data. By using the Site you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.


7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  3. Effect of Termination. On termination, your license to use the Site ends but provisions that by their nature survive (e.g. Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Indemnification) will remain in effect.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices and inclusion does not imply endorsement.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  2. Dispute Resolution. Parties should attempt to resolve disputes by good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or to the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria (or another specified jurisdiction).
  3. Severability. If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
